1 pkg. (large) lemon Jell-o
2 Cup hot water
2 Cup 7-up
2 bananas
1 Cup Crushed pineapple
2 Cups Miniature Marshmallows

Topping:
1 Cup pineapple juice
1 egg
2 T. flour
1/2 Cup sugar
1/2 Pint Whipping Cream (whipped)
Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jell-o in hot water. Add 7-up. Chill until slightly thickened. Stir in bananas and crushed pineapple.

To make topping Combine pineapple juice, egg, flour, and sugar. Cook over low heat until it thickens. Cool. Whip the whipping cream and stir into the cooled topping mixture. Spread over top of jello.
