Sometimes the most simplest of meals is the best, a nice piece of lamb or steak and some stir fried vegetables are lush! Or roast cauliflower has become fashionable lately although I haven't found a recipe I like yet I do love cauliflower cheese. Corn on the cob goes nice in the oven and can be served with some roasted chicken legs quite easily and cabbage, carrot and onion can be combined with some mayonnaise to make coleslaw.

Just ensure when there is nothing to peel that you wash it before eating it. Quickest way to do this is to chuck it all in a colander and rinse under a cold tap.
