Whole Kielbasa
Box of pasta
5 cups of milk
1 cup of shredded cheese (I use Mexican blend)

1 any sized skillet
1 large mixing bowl

Directions:
Bring water to boil and cook pasta.

While pasta is cooking, in large skillet, form a rue- melt butter then mix in flour until a thin paste forms. Add milk and whisk vigorously. Add seasonings as you choose- I add TONS of Cajun seasoning until milk is orange color, couple dashes of cayenne pepper, and a couple tbsps. of garlic powder. Whisk all the seasons into sauce while maintaining high heat. Let the sauce boil for a couple minutes, whisking every so often. Add cheese couple minutes before you will add it to the pasta.

In second skillet, cut up kielbasa into small circle slices and cook them until lightly browned on edges then put in large bowl.

Put uncooked shrimps into same pan with some olive oil and splash of Cajun seasoning and cook until pink/ as directed. Transfer to bowl.

Put a TON of spinach into pan and cook. Transfer to bowl.

Once pasta is cooked, strain and add to bowl. Whisk sauce before adding to bowl. Mix all ingredients into bowl nicely and serve!

Personal Notes:
1) I rarely measure anything, so go with your gut and add what you’d like.
2) I promise it is much easier to make than it looks like.
3) DO NOT THROW AWAY LEFTOVERS! It is almost better the next day.
