Ingredients:
Boiled potatoes-Peel potatoes unless they are New potatoes. Boil the kettle and add to the pan with the potatoes. Cover with a lid and boil for about 20 minutes. Drain the water and serve. (goes well with veg or salad with mayonnaise/salad cream)

Mashed potatoes-Peel potatoes. Boil the kettle and add to the pan with the potatoes. Cover with a lid and boil for about 20 minutes. Drain the water. Add in some butter or mragarine and milk and mash all the lumps out. (goes nice with gravy or beans)

Roast potatoes-Peel potatoes. Boil the kettle and add to the pan with the potatoes. Cover with a lid and boil for about 10 minutes. Drain the water. Add to a roasting tin with olive oil and roast in the oven for about an hour.

Sauteed potatoes-Peel potatoes and dice into tiny cubes, add olive oil to frying pan and cook through. Nice for dipping with alioili or add tomatoes and have pastas bravas

Jacket potatoes-Take a knife and score around the outside edge of the potatoes (this is to stop it exploding but also helps it come apart when ready to serve). Pop into microwave for 10 minutes then add to a baking tray and oven bake for 30 minutes.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I buy jacket potatoes and use them for everything just cutting them smaller. Some people buy & use 3 different potatoes such as New potatoes, Jacket potatoes and standard potatoes. New potatoes don't need to be peeled but need to be scrubbed clean.
