Fried eggs-Heat 1 Tsp of olive oil into frying pan and crack egg into it.

Poached eggs-Don't bother

Boiled eggs-Lower eggs into a saucepan of boiling water. Boil for 4 minutes for runny soft boiled eggs and 7 minutes for hard boiled eggs.

Scrambled eggs-Crack at least 3 eggs into a bowl and mix together. Add a tiny bit of butter to the pan and when melted add the eggs. Keep the eggs moving in the pan until cooked.

Omelette-Crack at least 3 eggs into a bowl and mix together. Chop other ingredients such as pepper & onion and add in too. Heat 1 Tsp of olive oil into frying pan and when hot pour in the mixture. It should fill the base of the frying pan. Let it almost set, when ready grate in some cheese and lift one side, fold it over to seal the contents into a semi circle.

I know you don't think omelettes are dinner food but student life might make you see differently. Eggs can easily be whipped up to feed you in a hurry. You might know these basics already but I thought it worth including.
