4 cups of miniature marshmallows (or about 40 to 45 big ones)
1/2 cup of butter
1/2 tsp vanilla (optional
1/4 tsp salt (optional)
3 qts unsalted popcorn (about 20 cups)

Directions:
Directions:
Microwave marshmallows and butter for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Add vanilla and salt to melted marshmallow mixture if you want. Transfer popped corn into a large bowl and remove unpopped kernels. Mix popcorn with melted marshmallow mixture. Wet hands with cold water to shape into balls.
