1 lb ground beef
½ cup of onions, chopped
1 package of beef noodle Hamburger Helper
5 cups of water
1 bay leaf
1 can of diced tomatoes (16 oz)
¼ of salt
⅛ of pepper
1 package of frozen mixed veggies or 2 cups of cooked vegetables
Directions:
Directions:
Cook meat and onions in a pan, then drain. In a large pot. pour meat, onions, sauce mix, water, bay leaf, salt and pepper, and tomatoes. You can break up tomatoes if you like. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in noodles and veggies, cover and cook for 10 minutes longer.
