1 lb ground beef
½ cup of bread crumbs
1 egg
1 onion, diced small
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Roll into balls and add to a large pot. In pot, add about 4 cups of water with 1 package of onion soup mix and boil. You can also add beef broth for flavour. Thicken with a flour and water mixture, or use a brown gravy mix.

You can cook the meatballs in the oven on a cookie sheet for a bit to remove some grease if you want.
