2 lbs ground beef
1 or 2 enveloppes of onion soup mix
4-5 carrots, sliced
10 potatoes (or more based on preference), cut in bite size
2 packages of oxo beef broth or liquid beef broth
2 enveloppes of gravy mix

Directions:
Directions:
Book ground beef and drain. In a large pot add 12 cups of water, onion soup mix and broth and bring to a boil. Add meat and carrots, boil 10 minutes, then add potatoes and boil for another 20 minutes on low heat. Thicken with two enveloppes of brown gravy.

Suzanne uses Trio brown gravy. If not thick enough, use cornstarch mixed with a bit of water to thicken more.
