1 ⅓ cups butter or margarine, softened
1 ½ cups sugar
4 eggs
2 teaspoons lemon juice
4 teaspoons vanilla
4 cups flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar; beat in eggs, vanilla and lemon juice. Cream together until smooth. Add flour, salt and baking powder. Mix to dough like consistency. Roll in balls and put on lightly greased cookie sheet. Flatten with bottom of glass dipped in sugar.

Bake at 400º 10-12 minutes.
