1 1/2 cups warm water 110 degrees
1 tablespoon active dry yeast
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons crisco oil
4 cups bread flour

Directions:
In the mixer bowl stir together warm water, yeast and sugar.Let set until creamy about
10 minutes, add to the yeast mixture oil, salt and 2 cups of bread flour mix with a big spoon.put the dough hook on then add the rest of the flour 1/2 cup at a time.beat for about 8 minutes until the dough pulls away from sides of bowl.Put in a greased bowl
Cover with damp cloth, let rise until double in size about 1hour.Deflate dough and turn
out on flour surface.divide dough in 15 pieces to form balls.Place on lightly greased
cookie sheet 2 inches apart, cover rolls with damp cloth.Let rise for 40 minutes.
Brush rolls before baking with 1 egg white mix with1 tablespoon water.
Bake 18 to 20 minutes on 400 degrees
