1 onion, chopped
1 16 oz can chili beans
1 15 oz black beans, drained
1 15 oz corn, drained
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
1 12 oz can or bottle of beer
2 Rotel tomatoes
1 package taco seasoning
3 whole skinless, boneless chicken breasts

Directions:
Directions:
Place onion, beans, corn, tomato sauce, beer, and Rotel in cooker. Add taco seasoning and stir. Lay breasts on top, pressing down slightly to just cover them.
Cook on low for 5 hours. Remove breasts and shred.
Add back to soup and cook 2 more hours.
Serve with shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream and crushed tortilla chips on top.
