170 g fully cooked smoked pork sausage, thinly sliced
1/2 cup each chopped red onions and red peppers
6 eggs, beaten
1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Light Double Cheddar Cheese
6 large flour tortillas

Directions:

Step 1
Cook sausage and vegetables in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 5 min. or until sausage is lightly browned and vegetables are softened.

Step 2
Reduce heat to low. Add eggs to skillet; cook 2 min. or until set, stirring occasionally. Stir in cheese.

Step 3
Spoon about 1/2 cup egg mixture onto each tortilla; fold in opposite sides of tortilla, then roll up burrito style.
