1 8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup butter
2 large cans artichoke hearts (approx. 18 oz), drained, squeezed and chopped
Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Melt cream cheese and butter in saucepan (watch carefully)
place artichokes in casserole, pour butter mixture over and sprinkle with armesan cheese.

Bake at 350º for 15 minutes.
Best if made one day ahead.
Serve with crackers
