5 eggs
1 Tsp. salt
1 Tsp. butter

Fill deep frying pan ¾ full of water and add salt for each cups of water. break eggs one at a time in saucer and slip them into the boiling water. Cover pan and cook until whites are firm, Lift eggs out carefully and serve on buttered toast or with cheese or tomato sauce. Eggs poached in broth, substituting broth for water,are delicious and make nice addition to a luncheon.
