1 pound box macaroni
1 pound mild sausage
1 pound Velvetta cheese
1 can Rotel tomatoes with green Chilie’s (or just diced tomatoes for no spice)
1 can cream of chicken or mushroom
1 sleeve Ritz Crackers
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Brown sausage until completely cooked.

Combine Rotel tomatoes, cream of chicken, and Velveeta and heat until cheese is melted.

Boil macaroni noodles until cooked thoroughly.

Combine sausage, noodles, and cheese mixture. Place in a 9x13 dish.

Crush Ritz crackers and sprinkle on top.

Heat in oven for 10 minutes.

This was a meal that I put together one night as a hodgepodge. Everyone was very scared to try it, and lo and behold, it is now one of our favorites!
