2 Tbsp fat or drippings
1-2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c chopped onion
1/2 c finely chopped celery
1/4 large green pepper - finely chopped
1 clove garlic - minced (optional)
1/4 c chili sauce
1/4 c catsup
1 c water
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp vinegar
2 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cili powder
1 Tbsp chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Heat fat - when hot - add meat, onions and celery. Brown - stir frequently
Spoon off excess fat
Combine remaining ingredients and mix well
Pour over meat - cover pan and simmer 30 minutes
add parsley at end

When all is mixed well and hot - serve on hamburger buns
