1/2 pound butter
4 tablespoons sugar
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups walnuts, finely ground
Confectioner Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar, add vanilla and flour, fold in nuts. Roll into balls about size of a quarter. If dough is too sticky to work with, refrigerate for awhile. Bake at 325º on an ungreased cookie sheet for about 30 minutes or until light brown on bottom. Do not over bake. Pour confectioner sugar into a paper bag. Dip cookies while still hot in bag, shaking very gently. Cookies will break easily. Cool cookies, then redip in confectioner sugar.
