2 cups butter
1 cup sugar
2 egg
2 teaspoons almond extract
1-1/8 quarts flour
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter with green food coloring. Gradually add sugar and beat until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and almond extract. Gradually blend in flour. Fill cookie press with 1/4 of dough at a time. Form desired shapes on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in preheated oven 350º for 8 to 10 minutes. Remove immediately to wire rack to cool.
