Prepared Corn Tortilla Masa
1/2 cup Lard

Toppings
refried beans, meat of your choice, lettuce cheese, salsa of your choosing, Sour cream, and Feta cheese.

Directions:
Directions:
1. Divide the prepared corn masa into 6 balls
2. Press the balls into 4 inch thick tortillas(Gordita)
3. Place the Gordita on the gridle or pan and heat for 20 - 30 seconds then flip. Heat for 30-45 seconds and flip once more and heat for another 20-30 seconds.
4. Remove Gordita and using a damp kitchen towel or paper towel pinch the edges to create a border all around the Gordita/Picadita. continue this for the rest of the balls.
5. Add 1 Tbsp of lard to the griddle/pan. Now place as many Picaditas that fit back on the pan and pour 1/2 Tbsp of hot lard onto the tops of each Picadita and allow to cook for and additional 30/45 seconds.
6. Remove Picadita from the heat to serve. Top with toppings. Enjoy!

For Gorditas, skip the pinching to create border and just fry in the lard on on both sides.
