1-16 oz. spicy sausage roll
1 dozen eggs
1 cup diced vegetables (peppers, green onion, mushrooms)
½ cup cream
1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
¼ tsp. black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet brown sausage, drain. In 9 inch pie pan, sprayed with cooking
spray, layer cooked sausage, cheese and vegetables. In medium bowl,
mix together eggs and cream. Pour over top of meat, cheese and veggies.
Bake at 350º for 35 to 40 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes, cut and
serve. This can be made day before and baked the next morning or baked
and reheated in microwave. Makes 6 servings.
