1 Pound Spaghetti Noodles
2 Pounds Boneless Skinless Chicken diced in one-inch cubes
16 Ounces of Velvetta Cheese
2 Cans Cream of Chicken Soup
2 Cans Rotel Tomatoes with Chilies (or just diced tomatoes with no Chiles if not wanting spicy)
2 cans mushroom pieces and stems

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Boil spaghetti noodles until completely cooked. Cook diced chicken thoroughly. Pour tomatoes, cream of chicken soup in pot, bring to a slight boil. Cut velvetta cheese into soup/tomato mixture and heat until thoroughly melted. Drain spaghetti noodles when cooked. Mix noodles, chicken and cheese tomato mixture together. Place in 9x13 pan and bake for 10 minutes.
