1 c melted butter
4 eggs
2 c white sugar
1 c cocoa
1 c all-purpose flour
1-1½ c walnuts or pecans

Preheat oven to 325º.
Grease 13x9 pan. Beat butter till fluffy, add eggs one at a time. Add flour,cocoa,and sugar till smooth. Add nuts. Bake 40-45 min till knife comes out clean
