2 cans cream corn
2 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix
16 ounces sour cream
2 eggs
2 sticks of butter

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the 2 sticks of butter in a large bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Pour into a 9 x 13 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45min -1 hour - or until top is browned like corn bread.

The first time I made this recipe I mixed everything together in a large bowl. The directions actually said to" mix all ingredients except the sour cream. Put half of batter into a pan, spread the sour cream over the top and then add the rest of the batter. " Since I had messed up the recipe I was worried it might not be good. But Mary (Mimi) loved it so I've made it "my" way ever since!
