1 lb penne pasta 4 tbsp olive oil 2 cloves chopped garlic 10 fresh sage leaves 2 pints , halved cherry tomatoes 1 cup crumbled of a very good blue cheese. 1/4 cup mixed thyme oregano and marjoram chopped well.

Cook pasta until al dente. In a glass, measuring cup dip into pasta water and keep 1 cup. set aside, drain pasta . in the same pot heat 3 tbsp oil over med heat add garlic cook 1 min add sage leaves cook 1 min. add cherry tomatoes salt pepper cook 3 min. return pasta to pot-stirring over low heat. Add enough pasta water to moisten add 3/4 cup blue cheese and herbs stir salt pepper to taste. Divide pasta to 4 shallow bowls sprinkles with olive oil and remaining blue cheese.
