1 tsp mustard seed

Directions:
Layer cucumbers, onions & dill in clean jar (pack down)
Boil remaining ingredients; cool till lukewarm
Pour over cucumbers.
Screw on lid tightly.
Keep jar of pickles on counter top for a week and SHAKE every day.
Keep in refrigerator for over a year!
* I use Marketmore cucumbers

Karen's Notes:
* I wash my pickles the day before and refrigerate. I think this helps keep the pickles crispier.
*Janis makes hers in two quart jars. I personally don’t like lifting that out of the fridge.
*I always make an extra batch of brine because I’m always short. So I made 4 batches of brine to make 13 jars. I had a little extra but who likes to go backwards
