Cioppino- 3 tbsp olive oil 1 chopped onion 3 chopped cloves garlic 1/2 tsp red crushed pepper flakes 2 tbsp tomato paste 1 28 oz can dice tomatoes 1 1/2 dry white wine 2 8oz bottles clam juice 1 lb med shrimp peeled and deveined 1 1/2 lb firm white fish, haddock cod halibut? cut into 2-inch chunks 1 cup chopped parsley. Toast olive oil 1 loaf crusty sourdough bread cut 3/4 slices 1 clove garlic cut in half.

In a heavy pot heat oil onion garlic and salt.cook, 4-5 min stir add crushed red pepper tomato paste cook another 3 min. Add diced tomatoes with juice wine clam juice bring to a boil Reduce and cover and simmer 30 min. 15 min before serving add clams increase heat cook until clams start to open add shrimp and fish cook another 4-5 min Taste broth add seasonings Serve chopped parsley and toast. For the toast. Heat a little oil in pan toast bread in a pan both sides rub with garlic
