1 each medium onion, sliced into strips
2 each carrot, sliced into strips
1 each green pepper, sliced into strips
5 each mushrooms, sliced into strips
1 pound beef (or pork, chicken, shrimp), sliced into strips

Marinade:
1 t sugar
2 t soy sauce
1 t sesame seed oil
1 dash meat tenderizer

Sauce:
2 t sesame seed oil
¼ t black pepper
1 t sugar
2 t soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate meat in marinade.
Stir fry each of the vegetables and meat separately, sprinkling with salt and Accent seasoning.
Mix ingredients for sauce.
Finally, mix all ingredients.
