Round steak, cut into bite sized pieces
1 pkg wide egg noodles
1 lg onion, diced
2 cans mushrooms, drained. Or 1-2 C fresh sliced mushrooms
1 can Campbell's beef consume'
8 oz sour cream
4-5 T flour
pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Prepare noodles according to package directions, and drain in colander.
Brown steak and onions, add mushrooms and cook until tender. Add consume', and heat through. Mix flour into the sour cream, and add to beef. Mix well, and heat through. Season with pepper, and serve over noodles.
