Chicken breast
1 chopped green pepper
2 chopped stalks celery
½ onion chopped
1 box spaghetti
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pound velveeta cheese cubed, put a quarter of it to the side for topping
2 Tablespoons A-1 steak sauce
1 Tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic salt
Topping:
½ stick of butter
4-6 slices of white bread cubed

Boil the chicken until done. When completely cooled shred. Preheat oven to 350 º
Saute the green pepper, celery and onion in a skillet with olive oil.
In a large stock pot cook the spaghetti in chicken broth until done. Drain off some (not all of the juice) add to the cooked spaghetti the cooked shredded chicken, cubed velveeta cheese, A-1 steak sauce, worcestershire sauce and garlic salt. Simmer until all the cheese is melted and mixed together well. Pour into a casserole dish. Melt the butter in a skillet,and then add the bread to the butter. Cook the bread for a couple of minutes. Top the spaghetti with the cubed cheese that is left over, and buttered bread.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden. Usually fills up 2 casserole dishes.
