Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 pounds ground beef
1/2 cup Bread crumbs
1/3 cup milk
2 large egg yolks
1 garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 Tablespoons Avocado oil or vegetable oil
2 Tablespoons flour
2 cups beef broth
1/2 cup sour cream
2 Tablespoons dried parsley

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, add the 2 lbs ground beef, 1/2 c bread crumbs, 1/3 c milk, 2 egg yolks, 1 garlic, 1/2 t thyme, 1/2 t salt and 1/4 t pepper.
Mix well and form mixture into 1 1/2" or 2" balls; I like to use a cookie scoop.
Place the Instant Pot on high saute setting. Heat the 1 1/2 T oil, and then brown all of the meat balls on all sides for 4-5 minutes. Place the cooked meatballs on a paper towel and set aside. It may take two different batches to cook them, and it works well to use a large plastic spoon or a wooden spoon.
In the Instant Pot, add the 2 T flour and stir for 1 minute. Add the 2 c beef broth and you may want to add a little more salt and pepper to your taste.
Add the meatballs back into the Instant Pot. Set to manual setting, adjust the pressure to high, and set time for 9 minutes.
Then use the quick release pressure.
Remove the meatballs. Place the Instant Pot on high saute and allow the sauce to simmer for 5 minutes.
Add the sour cream.
Serve over noodles or rice.
Garnish with parsley.
