Ingredients: 1 recipe of your favorite pizza dough 3 baby red potatoes A thin layer of sour cream (1/4 cup) 1/3-1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese 3 strips of bacon, cooked and chopped 3/4 cup of broccoli, finely chopped

Directions: |
Directions:Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Bring a pot of water to boil and add 3-4 baby red potatoes. Cook until parboiled and are still firm, yet give when pierced with a fork. Remove the potatoes and place into cool water. Once they have cooled, dry them and place aside. Roll out the pizza dough and place on prepared pan. Cut the potatoes into thin slices. Spread the sour cream on pizza dough, leaving a small area around the edge. Then place a single layer of the potatoes on top, sprinkle the cheddar cheese on and then add the broccoli and bacon. Bake in a preheated 500 degree oven for about 10-12 minutes. |
