2 Tablespoons small diced pickles or pickle relish

1 Tablespoon Champagne or White wine vinegar

1 Tablespoon capers

Directions:
Place all ingredients in a food processor or mini chopper fitted with a steel blade.
Pulse several times until the pickles are finely chopped and all the ingredients
are well mixed but not puréed.

I pulsed it a few times in the NutriBullet, but I think you can just stir all the ingredients ents together and it would taste just fine.

This tartar sauce is super easy to make. It’s very delicious, especially on fish that has been fried with Dad’s Best Beer Batter Recipe! (See recipe In this online cookbook)

For the most perfect meal, fry up some Lake Erie walleye caught off of Bill and Kara’s boat😋
