Cherry peppers - hot and/or sweet
1 lb sharp provolone
1 lb prosciutto

Olive oil
White vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Destem and deseed the peppers

Soak peppers in vinegar so they won’t get mushy.

Cube the provolone
Slice the prosciutto

Wrap the prosciutto around the provolone and stuff the pepper

Put peppers in a canning jar with an inch of vinegar and cover with olive oil

Let sit until peppers are soft and ready to eat.
