4 chicken breast or 1 whole chicken or 5 leg quarters
2 c diced celery
1 c diced onion
2 tsp poultry seasoning
2 tsp pepper
2 tsp salt
4 c water

Dumpling:
2 c self-rising flour
2 tbsp butter
1 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken breast on high in cheesecloth, with celery, onion, seasoning, and water.
Pull chicken out of pot and debone, put to side. Keep broth.

Mix flour, butter, and 1 tbsp milk till dough forms. Roll out dough on floured surface and cut into 1/4" squares.

Return broth to boil, drop dough in one at a time. cook 20 min. Return meat back to pot and serve.
