1 medium onion chopped
2 lbs. ground beef
1 can (10 oz.) RoTel
1 can (16 oz.) dark kidney beans
1 can (16 oz.) chili beans/light/red
1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
12 oz. tomato sauce/ stewed tomatoes
1 can (16 oz.) water
½ cup chili powder
2 t. dehydrated onion
1½ t. paprika
1½ t. cumin
½ t. dehydrated garlic
½ t. cayenne pepper
½ t. oregano
3 T. cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Chop onion and saute until translucent in a medium stock pot.
Saute meat and drain.
dark red kidney beans, Rotel, tomato paste, tomato sauce, stewed onions, all spices and 1 can of water ( 2 if needed)

Bring to boil, stir and bring to low heat. Let simmer 30 minutes, add more water if needed.

If chili is too thin: mix 3 T. cornstarch with T. water until thoroughly mixed and stir
into chili until thickened.
