1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup sugar
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 cup light honey
1 tsp vanilla
4 eggs
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted
2 3/4 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 T baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 cup brewed coffee, room temperature
1/3 slivered almonds

Topping
1/2 cup coarsely chopped semisweet chocolate
Powdered sugar

Preheat 350º.
Grease bottom of 10 inch tube pan.

Blend oil with sugars, honey and vanilla. Blend in eggs and mix well. Make well in dry ingredients and stir in wet ingredients, slowly add coffee. Blend well into smooth batter.

Spoon into pan and top with almonds.

Bake for 15 minutes and then reduce to 325 and bake for and hour or until cake springs back. Remove from oven and sprinkle chopped chocolate. Shake to loosen but do not remove. Refrigerate to set chocolate. Then invert and remove from pan. Dust with powdered sugar.
