½ c shortening
½ c butter
1 c brown sugar
¾ c white sugar
1 c peanut butter
½ tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1½ c all purpose flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 c quick cook oats
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cream butter, shortening, sugars, and peanut butter. Beat in eggs one at a time till blended. Combine flour, soda, salt, and oatmeal. Drop cookies onto sheet with spoon.
Bake 10-15 minutes till light brown.
