1 medium head cabbage
1 package Ramen noodles, broken up (throw away seasoning package)
2 green onions, chopped
6 ounces slivered almonds, toasted

Dressing:
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup oil
2 tablespoons lite Soy Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients to make the dressing. Store in refrigerator.

Cut up cabbage and onions. Combine cabbage, Ramen noodles, onion, and almonds. Toss before serving.

Personal Notes:
I keep the cabbage and other ingredients in Ziploc baggies and prepare how much we need. The cabbage keeps fresh for several days.
