24 littleneck clams 1/3 cup olive oil 2 finely chopped cloves of garlic 2 tsp bread crumbs 1/3 cup water 1/3 cup dry white wine 2 tsp chopped parsley
Directions:
Directions:
Soak clams in water to release and sand Heat oil in a skillet, brown garlic over low heat Add clams and saute until they open Mix bread crumbs with water and add to clams, add wine cook over low heat 10 min move the pan back and forth for the sauce to thicken and marinate.remove sprinkle with parsley serve hot.

Simple but good. Serve with a very good Sauvignon Blanc. Serve over Linguini with butter. Add some crushed red pepper to the mix if you like
