7 oz. oil
8 large eggs
1 3/4 cups flour
1 tbsp. whiskey

Box confectioners sugar
water

Directions:
Directions:
Beat oil on low for 10 minutes.
Add eggs, beat for 10 minutes
Add flour, beat for 10 minutes

Heat pyrex cups in 425º oven with a little oil in each cup for 5 minutes
Add 1 tbsp batter to each cup and bake for 10-15 minutes
Then lower temp to 350º and bake for 20-25 minutes

Frosting:
Mix sugar and water, will be thick glaze
