Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 pkg of fast rise yeast
2 cups of milk
2 cups of warm water
¼ cup of sugar
¼ cup of shortening
10 cups of flour (approximately)
4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, put salt, sugar and warm water. In microwave, put 2 cups of milk with the shortening until it dissolves (about 2 minutes depending on microwave). Cool so that it is lukewarm and add to the other liquid ingredients, make sure it isn't too hot or it will kill the yeast when you mix it. Whisk the liquids together, then start adding your flour and your yeast a little bit at a time (about four cups to start), then beat vigorously with a mixer. You will need to knead it by hand for the rest, on a floured surface. Knead until smooth and satiny or until it doesn't stick to your hand. Form a ball and put it in a greased bowl and let it rise for one hour. Punch it down after letting it rise and shape into loaves and put into your bread pans (about 4). Let rise another hour and then bake at 350º for 35 to 40 minutes.
