1 pkg stuffing mix
6 boneless skinless chicken breast
1 can cream of mushroom soup
⅓ c milk
½ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º.
Prepare stuffing according to package directions, but don't let stand. Place stuffing down middle of 13 x 9 pan, lay 3 chicken breast on each side. In bowl mix soup,onion, milk, salt, pepper in bowl till smooth.
Pour over chicken and stuffing and cover dish with aluminum foil.
Bake cover 25 min, then uncovered another 20 till chicken is done
