3½ cups flour 1 cup cooking oil
2 tsp. Baking soda ⅔ cup water
1½ tsp. Salt 4 eggs
2 tsp. Cinnamon 2 cups canned pumpkin
1 tsp. Nutmeg 3 cups sugar
½ tsp. Cloves
1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:

Sift dry ingredients together. Mix all wet ingredients together. Add dry ingredients to wet. Add nuts and mix well. Spray three large loaves or 8 small loaves. Fill pans half full. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes to 1 hour for large pans. Check small pans in 20 minutes if toothpick comes out clean they are done.
