This is the only thing I can remember Dad making. Funny thing is none of us kids ever make it. We always had Dad's Oyster Stew on Christmas Eve. To get a picture of Dad in the kitchen wasn't easy. We had to set the scene. Sierra had the camera and I was stirring a pot on the stove. When Dad came up the steps he has to go through the kitchen. I asked him to stir what was on the stove, because I had to do something and I didn't want the gravy to burn. When Dad took the spoon, everyone cleared the way for Sierra to get the picture. She only had one shot and it worked like a charm. I love it when a plan comes together.
