3/4 c. Sugar
2 T. Cornstarch
2 c. Cream
1 ½ c. Milk
3 oz. Cream Cheese
4 t. Vanilla

Directions:
Mix sugar and cornstarch over heat. Add Cream, milk, and cream cheese. Whisk over heat until cream cheese melts. Simmer 2 minutes. Chill overnight. Put in an ice cream maker the next day.

I have to use this Vanilla Ice Cream recipe, because I am unable to make custard. I have a short attention span and over cook it every time.
