1/4 t. Salt
1/2 c. Butter

3 - 4 c. fruit filling (peaches, apples, pears) Canned or Fresh
2 Eggs
1 c. Sugar
1/4 t. Salt
3 T. Flour
1 c. Sour Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 450º. Crust should be dough like. Arrange fruit over the crust. Pour batter over the top. Bake at 450º for 10 minutes and at 325º for 35 minutes. Store in the fridge.

Every year on of the Job Corps staff sells peaches fresh from his brother-in-law's orchard. They are always fully ripe and taste so good. They work perfectly in this recipe.
