2 pkg. (2 Tbsp) yeast
1/2 cup warm water

4 cups lukewam water
4 Tbsp oil
1/3 c. honey
2 Tbsp sugar

6 cups whole wheat flour
6 cups white flour
4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water

Put lukewarm water in bowl and add the oil, honey, 2 Tbsp sugar and the yeast mixture

Add wheat and white flour 1 cup at a time, and add salt last
Mix in mixer -
Add more white flour if needed until the dough cleans the side of the bowl.

Put in greased bowl and let rise until double - punch down

Shape into loaves on oiled counter,

Place in greased pans - - let rise until double.

Bake at 350º - 375º for 30 minutes

Brush loaves with butter.
