1/2 t. Salt
1/2 c. Shortening or Bear Grease
5 T. Cold Water

Directions:
Mix flour and salt. Cut in the shortening (use bear grease if you have it and don't use Crisco). Sprinkle in water. Roll out. If for some reason it isn't rolling out, it may be your flour. If I use Gold Medal flour it is a bugger to roll out. Bake 12-15 minutes at 450º if you need it pre-baked.

I got this recipe from the Better Homes and Garden's cookbook. If your pie has a crust on top I always top it with sugar and cinnamon. Don't forget I always use my trademark Moose and Leaves cutouts.
