1/2 cup white wine 2 tbsp lemon juice 2 6 oz salmon fillets 1 1/2 tbsp butter 2 tbsp capers sea salt/pepper chopped chives

Bring wine and lemon juice to a boil in a skillet. Reduce heat to simmer place in salmon. Cover and simmer 10 min per inch of thickness of fish. Test with a fork when it flakes it is donRemove from the pan keep warm. Boil remaining liquid until reduced to about 1/4 cup Whisk in butter and capers. salt pepper sprinkle with chives
